My mug rugs are made with either cotton or polyester wool. The felt backing may contain sheep’s wool. If you are allergic please contact me or leave a note and I can ensure the backing is polyester only.

Refunds only available for lost items in which a tracking number is provided. For all other cases of loss, a replacement will be sent. If you are not happy with your product, please contact Bonnita to discuss directly and see if any issues can be addressed. A full refund will be given, once products are returned in the same condition as they were received. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Bonnita cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the mail.
